Thank you for shopping with BIALK LUMA SYSTEMS LLC. We aim to deliver your microwave oven safely, quickly, and with full transparency. This page explains how we process, ship, and handle every order placed through our official website, bialkluma.com.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally or to U.S. territories outside the 50 states at this time (including Puerto Rico, Guam, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses).
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment verification. Orders placed before our daily cutoff time of 4:00 PM CST are processed the same business day whenever possible. Orders placed after 4:00 PM CST will begin processing the next business day.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer the following shipping options within the United States:
- Free Standard Shipping: All domestic orders qualify for free standard shipping with no minimum purchase required.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–4 business days after processing.
- Express Shipping: Currently not available. We plan to add this option in the future.
Customers do not pay shipping costs unless otherwise specified during promotional events or special offers that require faster delivery options.
Estimated Delivery Time
The average delivery time for U.S. orders is 3–4 business days from the date of shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, or carrier availability.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier details. You can track your shipment using the carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team at support@bialkluma.com.
Delays and Handling Policy
While we work hard to meet the stated timelines, delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen factors such as severe weather, carrier issues, or high seasonal demand. If your delivery is delayed beyond the estimated time frame, our team will:
- Notify you via email regarding the reason for the delay and the revised delivery estimate.
- Monitor your shipment with the carrier until delivery is complete.
- Provide compensation or a discount coupon in cases of significant carrier delays caused by our logistics partners.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 business days after shipment confirmation, please contact us immediately at support@bialkluma.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue promptly and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a refund.
