Shipping Coverage

We ship orders within the United States only. International shipping and delivery to U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses) are not available.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Orders placed before 4:00 PM CST are generally processed the same business day when possible.

Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Shipping Method & Cost

All domestic orders qualify for free standard shipping. No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered within 3–4 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location, weather conditions, or carrier-related factors.

Order Tracking

After shipment, customers receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If tracking details are not received within 2 business days of order placement, please contact us at support@bialkluma.com.

Shipping Delays
